I've never really had much of a bad experience with College Delivery. They've always been very nice to me each time I've ordered, and my order has never been wrong. If anything, I wish they wouldn't take so long, but usually they stay close to the time that was mentioned as you finished up your order.

I've had bad experiences with college delivery before and this was a bad experience turned good. After they brought our order, we found out that the person at college delivery had put the order in wrong. They added mushrooms to my boyfriend's food (he hates mushrooms) instead of my own. We called college delivery and they immediately answered and the manager listened to our problem. He told us they could resend the correct orders in about 30 minutes and they delivered as promised. The manager even called me to let me know when the order had left the restaurant. The management there was A+ even though they messed up the order in the first place.

They are awful! They don't care and will not care avoid them!

POOR customer service. Received my order with part of it missing, called the location only to be sent to voicemail. Left a voicemail and after not receiving a call for 20 min called back and got the rudest manager I have ever dealt with. He proceeded to hang up in my face blaming the whole ordeal on me.

Couldn't ask for more...good service, driver was friendly and food arrived promptly and warm. Super convenient, I recommend it! 👍

Ridiculous. You pay full price for the meal but they "don't bring drinks from restaurants". You pay the delivery fee and tip the driver, but still have to buy beverages from them. Some meal prices are marked up as well! Sometimes they take forever and forget stuff. Boycott till fixed!

Customer Service is Terrible. I have ordered from College Delivery about 10 times. Not a single order was delivered in less than 1 hour 15 minutes. Once they called me after an hour passed to say the restaurant I chose was closed, something they should have known in less than 5 minutes. One driver smelled like he was smoking weed on the drive to my apartment. Orders have often had small mistakes, one order was missing an entire entree I was charged for. PICK UP your food, it is worth it to not deal with College Delivery's heavy markup on price and lousy delivery drivers. I am currently waiting on the last order I will ever place with College Delivery and I ordered almost 2 hours ago!

My food was barely warm by the time it was delivered. And the delivery guy definitely had to be high as hell. My tip was already included in the total. I give him a 20 for the 14 dollar total. He says "sweet" turns to walk away then realizes to ask "do you want any change?"......... Fumbled around for my change while accidentally dumping bills all over the ground. No thank you.

Website says they deliver in under an hour. It has been more than 1.5 hours and we are still waiting. Tried calling their phone number for "have questions?" But they do not answer. Just drive to the restaurant you'll get it much faster and cheaper. Do not order from here.

We order from them 2-3 times a week usually and have never had a problem. Love college delivery 👍🏻

My food was supposed to be here at the latest 7:07. It's 7:46 and still no food. Would give 0 stars if possible. And I prepaid a $5 delivery tip. Doesn't deserve $.05.

They improved their service, which is nice. Orders do take a shorter time to arrive too.

Every time I have ordered from College Delivery, my food has arrived promptly. The drivers are always courteous and I have not had a single problem with them. I definitely recommend ordering from College Delivery!

Pretty good, great management and friendly on the phone. Handy service, and they provide Coke and Pepsi. No napkins though, so pretty fascist in some ways.

Solid service, food gets there on time and as expected!

They're pretty good on average. Sometimes the food gets to you in about 30 minutes, usually it's more like an hour. Sometimes they don't open on time when they're supposed to but they've never messed up my order. It's the cheapest delivery in town to be honest.

Ordered my food and called after an hour and half had passed. Still no food 2 hours later! Guy gave me several excuses why service wasn't going right tonight. I don't care I just want my food!

Your better off going and picking up the order yourself. Ive had part of my meal missing and I never receive my meal less than an hour.

Took an hour after placing the order (the time they were supposed to be here) to have someone call me to say the restaurant closed. When attempting to call back I was placed on hold multiple times with the same terrible cover of 'wanna be a baller' on repeat. No thank you. This was a terrible service
